Founded by veteran businessman Mr Foo in the 2019s, YPP Hardware began as a hardware trading company, a simple start up of only two employees, then known as “YPP Hardware” which was situated in small shop house in Nibong Tebal Being new to the trading industry, Mr.Foo was quick to recognise the various risks.

As Malaysia began to establish itself to be a potential industry hardware supplier of call in the late 1990s, Mr Foo realized that this opened up numerous business opportunities and hence, made the decision to focus more on the Germany quality tools market, specifically Penang Batu Kawan . Since majority Germany ,USA and Japan heavy industry invest at Batu Kawan, they were fitted with high quality hand tools from like Atorn and HHW provided the industry hardware and special tools
